Sitting majestically aside the river Thames for almost a century, this icon of the south bank supplied power to Londoners who gave it the nickname ‘The Cathedral of Power’. It then lay dormant over three decades until a full and lavish re-purposing was undertaken making it into one of London’s most vibrant new attractions. The challenge is to retain the buildings original form whilst acknowledging its most recent transformation. The colour palette adds another level of serenity.
